deposit required
Yes, a 30% deposit is required for booking the equipment. This deposit ensures that the equipment is reserved for your specified rental period. Upon booking, we will provide you with details on how to submit the deposit securely. The remaining balance can be settled prior to or upon the equipment's pickup or return. Rest assured, the deposit amount will be deducted from your total rental fees. pick-up and return process
Our pick-up and return process is designed to accommodate your production schedule efficiently. For equipment pickups, rentals scheduled to begin on a particular day can be collected from our facility starting from 16:00 (4:00 PM) the day before. This allows you ample time to prepare and set up for your shoot.
Similarly, for equipment returns, we ask that you ensure all rented items are returned to our facility by 10:00 (10:00 AM) on the day following the rental period. This allows us to inspect and process the equipment promptly for the next rental.
