We are happy to share a personal achievement by one of the people in our team.
Zdravko Ivanov, who is part of Bad Guys Films as a video editor, received three awards at the first edition of the Sound Design Competition, organized on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Film and Television Sound program at NATFA.
The competition received more than 85 submissions and brought together participants from three different categories:
Category A – Secondary School Students: students up to the age of 19 from secondary schools in Bulgaria.
Category B – University Students: students from higher education institutions in Bulgaria.
Category C – NATFA Alumni: graduates of NATFA, regardless of the program from which they graduated.
The official awards ceremony took place on June 26 in the Aula of NATFA, where the awarded participants in the different categories were announced.
Zdravko received:
- 2nd place in Category A – Secondary School Students,
- the Audience Award, selected from participants across all three categories,
- as well as the Film and Television Sound Program Award, determined by the lecturers of the program.
For us, it is truly inspiring to see the people we work with developing their talent beyond the everyday work in the studio. This recognition is entirely Zdravko’s personal achievement — the result of his sensitivity, dedication, curiosity, and attitude toward sound and cinema.
We warmly congratulate him and wish him many more professional successes ahead.
